How does a stationary asphalt batch plant work?
Stationary asphalt batching plant is a plant type equipment which mixes dry and heated aggregates of different grain sizes, fillers and asphalt according to the designed ratio. It is widely used in the construction of high-grade highways, urban roads, airports, terminals, parking lots and other projects. It is the first key equipment for asphalt pavement construction. There are usually two types of stationary asphalt mixing plants, forced mix type asphalt plant and continuous mix type plant. The continuous type has a simple process and its equipment is simplified. The intermittent forced mixing plant, on the other hand, screens the aggregates twice and measures the various components by batch.
