How to operate a transit mixer?
Correctly operate your concrete transit mixer for sale can not only improve its working efficiency, but also reduce its failure rate and increase its service life. Before starting the transit mixer equipments, the operator should carefully check each system and each component to make sure there is no problem. Before starting the machine, the operating lever should be placed in neutral. After the transit mixers are started, the operating rod should be placed at the unloading position to remove the water in the transit mixer drum. The lever must be fixed in the driving position in which the mixer truck is moving to prevent it from swinging.
There is one very important point you should pay attention to. That is when using the lever, you should pause in neutral for a while before moving to the next gear.
Notice when you operate your truck

Once the transit mixer sale starts, you should rotate the mixing tank at low speed and check the tire pressure around the body. And then you need to look for flat tires and check for any stones, nails or anything stuck in them. If you find one, clean it up. If there is concrete in the mixing drum, the mixing tank should not be stopped for more than 2 hours. If there is concrete of grade C40 or above, the mixing tank should not be stopped. The operator needs to replace the gear oil of reducer and hydraulic oil regularly. As for the time of regularly replace, you should refer to the instruction manual.
